007: What we have learned when we built our own Agent Harness
Part of SDLC2: we went shopping for a platform to run long-running agents, couldn't bet our future on any of them, and built our own. The orchestration we feared came almost for free, which freed us to build the thing we actually wanted: a harness that improves its own agents.
